PURPOSE:To lessen the power loss, signal attenuation and increase of noise index at a high frequency by a method wherein the titled device is so constructed as to include two center conductors provided in the center axis of the metallic housing cylinder of a semi-rigid type coaxial cable, a semiconductor element each of whose electrodes is connected to the center conductors and the housing cylinder, and a bias circuit connected to a part of the coaxial cable. CONSTITUTION:An e.g. semi-sperical mounting substrate 6 is installed to a part of the inners surface of the metallic housing 1 of said coaxial cable. The semiconductor element 3 such as a transistor is mounted thereon, and the input and output terminals of said element 3 are connected by bonding to both of the conductors 2 which have been cut previously. The center conductors 2 are provided with the bias circuit consisting of a capacitor 8 for DC cutting and an inductance 9 for AC cutting. Thereby, the coaxial cable itself comes to have amplification, rectification and other functions. When a part of the cable having the function of low noise is connected to the neighborhood of the antenna, the signal itself increases without changing the transmission system, and accordingly the influence by the loss thereafter can be made very small. Thus, since the bias circuit is provided, the influence from outside becomes less received. |
