<p>PURPOSE:To prevent sheets of paper from curling tendency by providing a mechanism for returning sheets of paper into a cassette every time a series of paper supply operations are completed. CONSTITUTION:A paper supply device is provided with a mechanism for returning a sheet of paper P2 projecting one end from the end face of a cassette 20 in the direction of paper supply into the cassette 20 every time a series of paper supply operations are completed. That is, after completion of one sheet of paper supply in copying one sheet and after the completion of the last sheet supply in the continuous copying, a paper supply roll 1 is reversed or a lever provided separately is pivoted to return the sheet of paper P. Thus, the sheet of paper is prevented securely from curling tendency to remove paper jam, defective copying and paper wrinkles.</p> |
