PURPOSE:To keep a valve plate from clinging to the inside end of a valve chamber, by reducing the area of contact of the valve plate and the inside end of the valve chamber as much as possible. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a C-ring 10, which is elastically fitted in a valve chamber 3, is provided with plural sharp-pointed protrusions 11 so that a contact area reducing member 9 is formed. The member 9 is disposed so that the C- ring 9 is in contact with the upper inside end of the valve chamber 3. A valve plate 6 in its ascent position is supported by the tips of the protrusions 11 so that the area of contact of the valve plate with the inside of the valve chamber 3 is reduced to the sum of the areas of the tips of the protrusions. The contact area reducing member 9 thus prevents the valve plate 6 from clinging to the inside of the valve chamber 3 due to moisture contained in gas or to the like. |
