PURPOSE:To detect ending errors rapidly, by setting a yarn detector in the downstream side of piecing rollers to hold the yarn end of package side and to feed it to the rear end part of a spinning unit, detecting yarn in every step wherein threading each part is carried out in the spinning unit. CONSTITUTION:For example, when end breakage occurs in a device forming bind spinning consisting of the draft parts 1-3 of fleece and the air false twist nozzle 4, the yarn end rolled in the package P is drawn out by the yarn suction nozzle 30, it is succeeded to the other yarn suction nozzle 31, introduced to the position of the piecing rollers 22, sent to the rear end 4b of the air false twist nozzle 4 by the piecing rollers 22, passed through the nozzle 4 by the aid of the suction nozzle 21, and, every step the yarn is passed through the draft parts 1- 3 by the aid of the suction nozzle 28, the yarn is detected by the yarn detector 52 set in the downstream of the piecing rollers 22. |
