Functionalised anthranilate oxamates useful as medicaments in the treatment of inflammatory dermatoses

The chemical compounds, which are the subject of the present invention, correspond to the general formula: <IMAGE> in which: X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen or an alkyl, alkoxy or NO2 group; R represents the following functional groups: CH2-CHOH-CH2OH; <IMAGE> R2 represents an alkyl group. In the case where R1 represents a hydrogen, the free acids can be converted to salts with therapeutically acceptable bases. They are useful as medicaments in the treatment of inflammatory dermatoses. The invention also relates to the process for the preparation of these chemical compounds.
