PURPOSE:To reproduce a video signal without causing the horizontal synchronizing signals of a reproduced video signal and a video signal to be recorded to be dissident in phase by comparing the synchronizing signal in the reproduced video signal with the synchronizing signal in the video signal to be recorded, and controlling the time base of the video signal to be recorded on the basis of the comparison output. CONSTITUTION:The video signal V containing a component to be recorded is supplied to an input terminal 5 to obtain the horizontal synchronizing signal FH and vertical synchronizing signal FV in the video signal, and they are supplied to one-side terminals of phase comparing circuits 8 and 9. A frequency deviding circuit 22 is reset for every reproduced vertical synchronizing signal RV to divide the frequency of a pulse signal G, and an output signal G' which has one or two pulses in every turn of a disk 1 is supplied to the other input terminal of the phase comparing circuit 9. The phase comparing circuit 9 compares the phase of the vertical synchronizing signal FV with that of the output signal G' to generate the comparison output S1 corresponding to the phase difference between both at the output terminal, and the output is supplied to the control terminal of a motor 3 for disk rotation through a driving circuit 23 for control. |
