PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging capability and contrive cost down by a method wherein blades and blocking sections, blocking corner sections of wave form at the outer peripheral ends of the blades, are constituted integrally by resin. CONSTITUTION:The blade 1' is constituted of a wavy thin plate and the impeller is constituted integrally by inserting the blade 1' into an inner peripheral member 2 and an outer peripheral member 3 when the inner peripheral end and the outer peripheral end are formed by resin. According to this method, adhering property between members is improved and mixing of two different kinds of airstreams is eliminated, therefore, the heat exchanging capability may be improved and the cost down may be contrived. |
