PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of a cylindrical shape of a coil and the size of a coreless motor by not winding the cylndrical shape of the coil in a range of 180 deg., thereby shortening the coil conductor to be wound in the cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A coil conductor 12 is radially wound from a point (a) near a central hole 11c, from which a starting end 12a of the coil is drawn, bent at a point (b) of the outer peripheral end in a cylndrical shape 12b, and obliquely wound to a point (c) of the lower end of the cylindrical shape 11b displaced circumferentially from the point (b). The conductor is further obliquely wound thereat, and wound from the point (c) to the point (d) of the upper end of the cylindrical shape 11b displaced circumferentially. The conductor is bent at the point (d) to a disc 11a, wound radially toward the hole 11c, bent from the point (a) at a point (e) isolated at 120 deg., wound radially toward the outer peripheral end, and again bent at a point (f) in the cylindrical shape 11b. Thereafter, the conductor 12 is similarly wound through points (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l), again returned to the point (a) to wind in one turn. The conductor is slightly displaced circumferentially and wound at every one turn. |
