1. Railway track construction machine adapted to work and/or travel at least partially on railless sleepers comprising a translation device (1) provided with at least one pair of devices rolling or sliding on supporting plates or recesses of the railless sleepers (2) driven from means connected to the machine frame (28), one portion of the machine load being supported during the working cycles by the translation device, characterized by the fact that it comprises additional devices (7, 30) supporting the machine frame (28) through vertically extensible means (16) for relieving the translation device of one fraction of its load, that said additional devices (7, 30) are disposed parallel to and outside the lateral portions of the translation device and have a length equal to the length of the area occupied by at least three successive sleepers disposed along the railway track, and that said devices (7, 30) are provided with means for bearing and travelling on the end portions of the sleepers (2). |
