The multipurpose soap dispenser can be used anywhere where operations have to be carried out using liquid soap or detergents. The functioning of the multipurpose soap dispenser is essentially due to the injector (7) situated in the unit. Since the setting cone (14), located in the lower part (80, is provided with one bore having a diameter of 10 mm and another having a diameter of 5 mm, these being drilled at an angle of 130 DEG with respect to their axes, it is ensured that, in addition to the closed (Z) position, by setting the washing (W) or showering (B) position both operations can be carried out independently of each other. This is made possible by the 5-mm channel being drilled upstream of the 10-mm channel and bypassing the latter, as a result of the angular position in the setting cone (14). In the washing (W) position, the water jet streaming out of the nozzle of the injector (7) carries along the liquid soap situated in the unit and pushes this, via the 5-mm throughflow channel (6), into the shower hose. In the showering (B) position, the entire quantity of water flows through the unit. The backflow preventer (3) located in the head part blocks the water flowing back out of the shower hose. <IMAGE>
