PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel mounting structure for allowing easy mounting work on the body of a panel at a working site. SOLUTION: Frame materials 5a-5d are integrally formed with a holding part 6 to engage with a groove 3 of the panel 2 for holding the panel 2, a framework part 7 to be combined with other frame materials 5a-5d, and a mounting part 8 to be fixed to the body 1. The frame materials 5a-5d are previously mounted over the whole periphery of the side face of the panel 2 to form a framework with the plurality of frame materials 5a-5d into a frame body 4. At the working site, a panel unit 14 having the frame body 4 and the panel 2 integrated is superposed and fixed onto the mounting part 8 of the frame materials 5a-5d of the adjacent panel unit 14.
