PURPOSE:To provide a health food composed mainly of the protein and lipid of earthworm, prepared by the freeze vacuum drying of earthworm paste, effective to maintain the healthy state or to turn the unhealthy to healthy, and available easily at a low cost compared with various other health foods. CONSTITUTION:After removing the excrement remaining in the body of living earthworm, the body is washed with water, and ground to a paste by a grinding machine. The paste is charged in a tray, left to stand for 48hr in a freezing refrigerator, frozen, and then subjected to the freeze drying in vacuum with a vacuum freeze drier. The product is formed in a proper form such as capsule, tablet, syrup, etc. to obtain the objective health food. |
