PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition having excellent oxidation resistance and initial hue. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition contains (A) an organic peroxide, (B) a polyolefin resin, (C) an antioxidation agent having a phosphite structure and a hindered phenol structure in the same molecule and (D) a phosphorus-based antioxidation agent expressed by formula (I) (R is an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an alkylcycloalkyl, an aralkyl or phenyl; and n is an integer of 0-2).
