PURPOSE:To enhance separation accuracy, by condensing and liquefying vapor rich in a specific component in a pervaporization method while returning a part of the condensate to the upper part of the high pressure side of a pervaporation membrane as a reflux liquid. CONSTITUTION:In a first unit A, a solution mixture to be treated is heated to a predetermined temp. and permeated through a pervaporization membrane 1a from a high pressure chamber 2a through a raw liquid supply line 4a to be evaporated from the surface of said membrane in an evaporation chamber 3a under vacuum. This vapor sucked into a vacuum pump 9a through a line 7a while uncondensed gas is recirculated to the evaporation chamber 3a of the unit A as carrier gas through a line 8a, if necessary, after heated by a heating mechanism 24a. The vapor in the gas is recovered in a condensate tank 13a in a liquid form and returned to the upper part of the high pressure chamber 2a of the pervaporization unit A as a reflux liquid. |
