PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester composition containing metal particles which can be manufactured in a simple process and which has particles uniformly dispersed therein, a film, particles, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The polyester composition contains the metal particles and a compound having nitrogen and/or sulfur as constituent element(s). When the content of the metal element that constitutes the metal particles against the polyester composition is indicated by M (millimol/kg), the content of the nitrogen element against the polyester composition by N (millimol/kg), and the content of the sulfur element against the polyester composition by S (millimol/kg), M, N and S satisfy the expressions: 1≤M≤300 and 0.01≤(N+S)/M≤5.
