PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive laminate having high resolving power in exposure to far ultraviolet rays by forming a gaseous oxygen shielding coating on one side or both sides of a stretched polypropylene film and by forming a photosensitive resin layer on the coated or uncoated side. CONSTITUTION:A gaseous oxygen shielding coating of a vinylidene chloride copolymer or the like is formed on one side or both sides of a polypropylene support provided with improved strength by biaxial stretching. A layer of a photosensitive resin curable under irradiated far ultraviolet rays and contg. poly(meth) acrylate resin and a curing catalyst is formed on the coated side. The layer may be formed on the uncoated side when the photosensitive resin does not produce sufficient bonding strength on the coated side. A protective film impermeable to gaseous oxygen may be further formed on the photosensitive resin layer. The polypropylene support of the resulting photosensitive laminate does not absorb far ultraviolet rays, and the gaseousoxygen shielding coating prevents O2 from hindering photopolymn., so a fine image with high resolution is obtd. |
