PURPOSE:To enable to sufficiently drive a field effect transistor even when a low voltage power source is used by connecting the gate of the transistor to the secondary winding of a stepup drive transformer. CONSTITUTION:A stepup drive transformer 7 is used, one end of its primary winding is connected to a +B power source, the other end is connnected to the collector of a drive transistor 1, and the one end of the secondary winding is connected to the gate of a field effect transistor 2. The ratio of number of turns of the winding is set to that the peak value of the pulse outputted from the secondary winding of the transformer 7 increases to the threshold voltage of the gate of the transistor 2 or higher. |
