<p>PURPOSE:To perform inexpensive lining, by providing a recessed part to the part of the branched pipe mold contacted with a main pipe mold while making the wall thickness of a film like residual part generated at the contact the when both molds are detached non-uniform. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 17 is provided to a branched pipe mold 15 contacted with a main pipe mold so as to cross the axis thereof at right angles and a resin is injected into both molds to be cured. In detaching both molds, the residual part 20 is simply cut at a thin wall part 20b when the main pip mold is withdrawn from a main pipe and, thereafter, the branched pipe mold 15 is extruded into the main pipe and can be easily taken out of a branched pipeline. By this method, working time is shortened and the cost of lining is lowered.</p> |
