摘要 PURPOSE:To evaluate and sound field accurately by calculating four parameters, i.e. listening sound pressure in the sound field, delay time of the 1st reflected sound reverberation time of the following reverberation sound, and coefficient of correlation between both ears. CONSTITUTION:A dummy head 1 is set where the sound field is evaluated, and sound pressure signals obtained by microphones 2l and 2r fitted to the left and right auditory canal entrance of the dummy head 1 are inputted to analyzers 41, 42 and 43 through preamplifiers 3l and 3r, and an adder 40 to analyze and measure the listening sound pressure, delay time of the 1st reflected sound, and reverberation time of the following reverberation sound. Further, the outputs of the preamplifiers 3l and 3r are inputted to an analyzer 44, which analyzes the maximum value of the coefficient of correlation between both ears. The outputs of those analyzers are inputted to psychological amount converters 51-54 and compared with optimum values inputted from terminals y1-y4 respectively to be converted into psychological values, i.e. values corresponding to preference. Then, the scale of the overall preference calculated by a total evaluating device is recorded on a recorder 9.
