PURPOSE:To continue the stable tracking of a moving picture by using the output of a frame memory for moving picture display instead of the output of a moving picture extractor when the extraction level of the moving picture extractor is within a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A moving picture display and discrimination device 14 selects a picture to be displayed or tracked according to the output state of the moving picture extractor. A moving picture generating and detecting circuit 15 switches a selector 17 when the output level of the moving picture extractor is within the specific range to lead out the output of the frame memory 16 for moving picture display as a substitute for the output of the moving picture extractor. |
