PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal of the heater from a roasting machine, and the reattaching to the machine, by supporting one end of a drum basket rotatably with three or more pulleys contacting with the outer circumference of the basket, thereby enabling to pull out the heater unit from the opening of the empty drum of the basket. CONSTITUTION:The end parts having larger diameter 8a, 9a of the inner basket 8 and the outer basket 9 consist of ring belts. The end 8a is protruded from the side wall 5 of the roasting chamber 2 and supported with three bearing pulleys 29, 30 and 31. The stationary hollow shaft 35 is fixed horizontally in the empty drum of the inner basket 8, and the heater 10 is fixed with the fixing members 37 and 38 furnished with the socket 36. One end of the stationary hollow shaft 35 is protruded to an extent from the thicker end face of the inner basket 8 toward the exterior of the machine, and is detachably supported with the bearing of the bracket 40 fixed to the outer side of the side wall 5 with a bolt. When the bracket 40 is removed from the side wall 5, the heater unit can be extracted from the thicker end part of the inner basket 8 out of the machine.
