PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility in the generation of water droplets upon the condensation of moisture contained in circumferential gas during gas injection, by purifying compressed gas through a filter while heating the purified gas by a heater to inject the same. CONSTITUTION:In a base plate 1, an inflow pipe connecting port 2 and an outflow pipe connecting port 3 of compressed gas are provided to the side surfaces thereof and an upper hermetically closed enclosure 11 is attached to the upper surface thereof while a lower hermetically closed enclosure 19 is attached to the lower surface thereof. On the other hand, a solenoid shaped heater 15 is provided in the enclosure 11 and a bottomed cylindrical filter 21 is provided in the enclosure 19 while a gas inflow line 4, a gas flowline 6 and a gas outflow line 5 are arranged and a jet element 24 is further attached to the leading end of an outflow pipe 23 connected to the connecting port 3. That is, because compresed gas is purified by the filter 21 and the purified gas is injected from the element 24 while heated by the heater 15, there is no possibility for condensing a part of moisture contained in circumferential gas and the possiblity such as water droplets mixing in injected gas is completely eliminated.
