APPARATUS FOR COATING THE INNER SURFACE OF HEATING TUBER

The tip of a supplying hose is inserted into and retracted from, a long condensor tube. A spray nozzle is attached to the supplying hose, the hose being of double structure consisting of an inner hose for supplying paint and an outer hose for supplying compressed air. The inner hose is deformable in the diametrical direction under pressure and is later restorable to its original shape. The inside of the inner hose constitutes a paint passage and the hollow space between the inner and outer hoses forms a compressed air passage. In operation, the paint is sprayed by virtue of the blowing force of the compressed air, the air atomising the paint. The spraying occurs during insertion and retraction of the spray nozzle.
