PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus composed of a small-sized flow-type synthetic cabinet, a heat-source supplying device and a program-controller having built-in microcomputer, and capable of easily giving a compound containing radioactive element in high purity and a definite yield. CONSTITUTION:The reaction flask G3 is fed with a radioactive raw material through the connection port H1 connected to the external device for supplying the radioactive raw material, and with reaction reagents through the reagent inlet ports H2 and H3 furnished with receptors capable of retaining the reagents, at a desired time by operating the valves V1-V3, and the reaction product is concentrated under nitrogen gas stream. In the above process, the medium supplied from the heat source-supplying device II furnished with the high-temperature bath G8 and the low temperature bath G9 is circulated to the jacket tube G8, to effect the heating and cooling of the flask according to a preset program. The concentrated liquid is pumped with the syringe pump S1 through the bubble-removing device G4 into the column C for liquid chromatography. The peak of the objective product separated and eluted from the column C is detected with the detector D, and the fraction containing the objective product is introduced via the valve V6 into the receptor G5.
