PURPOSE:To enable to lift and store boats in rough whethers by pulling out a flexible guide body stored in a hull to be folded freely into the ocean in a trough via a buoy and an anchor. CONSTITUTION:A shoot form flexible guide body 5 stored to be freely folded with its foot fixed to a shore 6 on an upper deck of a hull is pulled out to the ocean via a buoy 9 and an anchor 10 provided at the end part. In this way, a boat 2 is lifted and stored on the hull via an anchor 13 and a running wire 14. Since the guide body 5 is made flexible, the guide body 5 protects the boat from storms even in rough whethers to lift and store the boats efficiently without giving damages.
