Carboxylic acid amide(I) and its physiologically nonpoisonous salts are prepared from amino benzoic acid(II) or its reactive derivatives, and amine(III) or its N-activated amine by means of reaction or hydrolysis of intermediate product, where R = H, Cl, Br, or C4 - C7 cyclic alkylene amino group; R1 = H, F, Cl, Br, C1-C6 alkyl or alkoxy group, etc., R2, R3 = C1-C7 alkyl, C3-C7 alkenyl, C3-C7 cycloalkyl group, etc.; R4 = H or C1-C3 alkyl group; X = N or CH- group; Y = O, amino group, etc.; Z = H, halogen, nitro, amino, cyano, formyl group, etc.; and R2 and R3 are the same or different.
