PURPOSE:To simplify the structure without requiring of an exterior device and an installing space thereof by a method wherein an outdoor side heat control pannel is connected simultaneously to a forced circulating channel and a natural circulating channel. CONSTITUTION:A natural circulating channel heat medium piping 13 took out from a natural circulating channel header 7 of a heat absorbing and radiating part 12 is connected with an interior heat absorbing and radiating part 15, thus, the natural circulating channel is composed and the heat absorbing and radiating operation is performed. In case that a room temperature is higher than the setting temperature and the open air temperature is lower than the setting temperature, a control valve 16 provided on the natural circulating channel is opened, the natural circulating operation is performed. In case that the natural circulating channel circuit can not withstand for the heat load due to the open air high temperature, an interior air conditioner 17 is operated and the forced circulating channel circuit is utilized. At this time, both usable device as the exterior device and the heat control pannel is capable of functioning as the exterior device. |
