<p>The device is assembled of a charcoal container (8) on four folding legs and a grill (2) for the accommodation of the meat or the vegetables to be fried. The grill (2) is joined to the upper end of two threaded bars (4) guided through sleeves (5) located laterally at the charcoal container (8). The grill (2) can be lifted or lowered as required by turning a handle (3) moving a toothed wheel (6) acting on a threaded bar (4). A locking element secures the unit (2) at the appropriate height.</p> |
