PURPOSE:To prevent overrun of an engine by connecting a bypass which makes detour around a supercharger to an intake passage and installing into said bypass, an opening and closing valve linked with a throttle valve and opening said valve in a prescribed operation state by an automatic opening apparatus. CONSTITUTION:In low-load operation, a restricting lever 22 linked with a throttle valve through a linkage wire 26 is turned to the first position A by a spring 25. Therefore, a roller 24 pushes the first arm 20a to turn an operating lever 20 against a spring 21, and an opening and closing valve 19 installed in a bypass 18 which makes a detour around a supercharger is opened perfectly. While, in the supercharger operation state where the opening and closing valve 19 is closed perfectly, if the number of engine revolution increases over a prescribed value, and a revolution-number detecting switch 39 is closed, or car speed increases over a limit value, and a car-speed detecting switch 40 is closed, a solenoid valve 34 is energized, and a pressure conduit 33 is allowed to communicate by a valve 36, and an air introducing port 35 is closed, and the opening and closing valve 19 is opened by an automatic valve opening apparatus 27. |
