PURPOSE:To simplify the processing of a receiving section by providing the 1st information section transmitting information representing on/off state of an object to be supervised and the 2nd information section transmitting prescribed information to a corresponding object to be supervised only when a state change exists in said object to the information section. CONSTITUTION:The on/off state of an input contact 2 as the normal object to be supervised is inputted to a data input circuit 3 of a transmitter 1 of a data transmission system to form a transmission signal by a transmission format comprising a synchronizing signal W1, an address section W2, a control section W3, an information section W4, a check section W5 and information W6 with the state name of the supervising object under the control of a CPU14. This transmission signal is transmitted to a data reception circuit 7 of a data receiver 6 from the transmission line 5 via a data transmission circuit 4. When the on/off state of the contact 2 is changed, character code information correspoding to the changed item is read from a memory 8 and transmitted to the circuit 7, the information is processed by the content of memories 8, 13 and the information processing of the receiver 6 is simplified. |
