ROOF TYPE HEAT COLLECTING AND RADIATING DEVICE ABOVE ROOF

PURPOSE:To offer a roof type heat collecting and radiating device above a roof which does not deteriorate an external appearance of the whole of a building and is simple in its structure, by making the whole of the heat collecting and radiating device into a crossover-rooflike state. CONSTITUTION:A roof type heat collecting and radiating device above a roof 3 possesses a base pipe 4 serving as a frame as well and the base pipe 4 is arranged on each of both gable sides of a building 1. A plurality of fin pipes 5 for heat collecting and radiating is arranged at every predetermined interval along the longitudinal direction of the base pipe 4 between the base pipe 4 on the one gable side and the base pipe 4 on the other gable side. These fin pipes 5 are constituted with a thermal medium circulating pipe 6 and a heat collecting and radiating fin 7 provided along the longitudinal direction of the thermal medium circulating pipe 6. A roof part is formed also by a method wherein fin pipe 5 for heat collecting and radiating are arranged. Each of fine pipes 5 constituting the roof part is arranged by tilting it the the extent of a slope through which rain water is capable of being streamed down to the lower side spontaneously.
