Provided are a coating liquid composition prepared by mixing kiyoseki stone powder, tourmaline powder, and silver powder with predetermined ratio to obtain a mixture, and mixing the mixture with polyurethane resin and alcohol, and an electronic machine having inside coated with the composition, and a method for manufacturing the machine. The coating liquid composition comprises 20-40 wt% of kiyoseki stone having diameter of 100 micro-meter or less, 5-15 wt% of tourmaline powder, 20-40 wt% of binder, and 10-30 wt% of organic solvent. The electronic machine having inside coated with the composition is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of (i) adding a mixture solution of binder and organic solvent with ratio of 3:2 to mixture powder of kiyoseki stone and tourmaline and solver powders with weight ratio of 3:1:1, and followed by stirring for predetermined time to form a composition of coating liquid; (ii) filling the coating liquid into spray device; (iii) disassembling an electronic machine to be coated, and spraying the composition inside of the device by using the spray device; (iv) transferring the electronic machine coated with the composition to furnace and drying the machine; and (v) assembling the dried electronic machine to be an initial state. |
