摘要 An electronic paper display device having a carbon nano tube and conductive polymer electrode and a method for manufacturing the electronic paper display device are provided to prevent the generation of cracks in an electrode using high elasticity and high conductivity of the carbon nano tube. An electronic paper display device includes a lower substrate(1) and an upper substrate arranged opposite to each other having a predetermined distance between them, a lower electrode and an upper electrode respectively formed on the upper substrate and the lower substrate to form pixel spaces, and particles filled in the pixel spaces formed between the lower electrode and the upper electrode. At least one of the lower electrode and the upper electrode includes a carbon nano tube(3) and a conductive polymer.
