PURPOSE:To secure such a section U-shaped gasket as having no weld line, no deformation due to a secondary molding process and less in an air reservoir and/or a short mold as well as to improve adhesive properties with the inner surface of a negative pole can, by making the tip end of a turnover part at the inside of the section U- shaped gasket have an incline toward the inner circumferential side.
