PURPOSE:To improve the characteristic of an organic electrolyte cell by supplying uniformly heat-treated cell parts. CONSTITUTION:A conductive paint, e.g., carbon paint, is applied on the inner bottom surface of a cell case 2 to improve the contact with the positive electrode black mix 3, this cell case 2 is heat-treated by a heater to bake the conductive paint and remove the moisture, thereby the cell characteristic, particularly storage characteristic, is improved. The heat treatment is performed by putting a bat 11 storing many cell cases 2 in a container 9, operating a vacuum pump 13 to keep the container decompressed, operating a magnetic flux generator 10 to apply the magnetic flux to the bat 11 and cell cases 2 and generate heat by themselves, and keeping the temperature at 250 deg.C for 12hr for heating. |
