PURPOSE:To obtain a coating compsn. which has excellent adhesion and resistance to weather, oils and water and can be easily stripped, by mixing two specified acrylic resin emulsions having different glass transition points. CONSTITUTION:A coating compsn. is mainly composed of a mixture of an acrylic resin emulsion having a glass transition point of 25-50 deg.C and an acrylic resin emulsion having a glass transition point of -10-+15 deg.C. Pref. said mixture has an apparent glass transition point of 15-25 deg.C. A pref. example is a mixture of 35-45wt% emulsion having a glass transition point of 30-40 deg.C and 55- 65wt% emulsion having a glass transition point of 0-10 deg.C. Pref. a film-forming aid is further added to said mixture. The film-forming aid is a compd. capable of lowering a film-forming temp. and examples thereof are ethylene glycol, liquid paraffin and dioctyl phthalate.
