<p>The cart (1) has tiers (3) suspending from sides (2). One side is provided with a step (5) having a locking component to secure the step when in the lifted up condition and prevent the step from falling down. The same side has a framework to whose eye the locking component is fastened when the step is folded up such that additional stability is provided.</p>
