PURPOSE:To provide the titled lead which writes well and has a high flexural strength, by using a high-molecular vinyl halide resin having a high degree of polymn. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl halide resin having a medium degree of polymn., calcium stearate, dibutyl phthalate, graphite, a surfactant, vinyl acetate, a high-molecular vinyl halide resin having a high degree of polymn. and methyl ethyl ketone are blended together. The mixture is thoroughly kneaded by means of a three- roll mill at a roll temp. of 100+ or -10 deg.C, extruded, dried, fired and immersed in oil.
