PURPOSE:To enable shifting of a flow passage according to a change in the direction of rotation of a compressor, by a method wherein discharge valves, connected to a discharge passage, are respectively mounted on the discharge chamber side and the suction chamber side of a cylinder, and suction passges, provided with a check valve, are respectively connected thereto. CONSTITUTION:When a piston roller 10 is forwardly rotated as shown by a solid line arrow mark, a check valve 16 on the suction pipe 17b side is opened to suck refrigerant in a cylinder chamber 7. Refrigerant, compressed by a piston roller 10, pushes upward a laminar valve 19 of a discharge valve 15a, mounted on the discharge chamber 13a side, on the basis of a blade 12 serving as a boundary, and is discharged, in order, through a discharge port 18, an enclosed case 5, and a discharge pipe 6a. When the piston roller 10 is reversely rotated, with the check valve 16 opened, refrigerant is sucked in the cylinder chamber 7 through a suction pipe 17a, and compressed refrigerant pushes upward the laminar valve of a discharge valve 15b, mounted on the suction chamber 13b side, and is discharged, in order, through the discharge port 18, the enclosed case 5, and the discharge pipe 6a. |
