摘要 PURPOSE:To easily perform a rust-preventing treatment to a heat exchanger, by forming a rust-preventive film on the inside of a heat exchanger by pressure water, after a compression test is performed to the heat exchanger using rust- preventive solution which forms a soluble oil film on the inside of a heat exchanger as a pressure water and draining it after the test. CONSTITUTION:A compression test is performed in such a manner that a pressure feeding pump 10 is operated to forcibly feed the water soluble oil film forming rest-preventive solution from a tank 9 to a chamber on the shell side of a heat exchanger 1, and the rust-preventive solution is pressurized during 3 hours under 45kg/cm<2> for example as a water pressurizing water. When the compression test is completed, a valve 13 is opened, and the rust-preventive solution is returned to the tank 9 from the heat exchanger 1 by operating a return pump 12. Then blind plates 20 and 21 are taken off from the heat exchanger 1, leaving it for one or two hours to letting the residual rust-preventive solution drip along the inside surface of a heat exchanger 1. By such anof several ten microns thick can be formed on the inside surface of the shell of a heat exchanger 1.
