PURPOSE:To disperse the evaporated fuel and keep such a condition as facilitating a complete combustion by a method wherein a partition vane is arranged along the lower and inner circumference part of the comubstion cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When both air and fuel are fed to an evaporation cylinder 1 while the evaporation cylinder 1 is rotated, the fuel is gasified in the evaporation cylinder 1 and ignited to burn while it is injected from the injection holes 2 of the combustion plate 3 in a forward direction. At this time, even if the gasified fuel is made rich at the lower part of the combustion cylinder 4, the flame injected and forwarded to the front surface of the combustion plate 3 under the rotation of the evaporation cylinder 1 is fed in a forward direction while being circulated in an eddy flow. At this time, the outer circumferential lower part of the flame is acted upon a partition vane 5 to generate the turbulent flow and to cause the rich gasified fuel to be mixed with the upper lean gasified fuel, resulting in that the complete combustion may easily be performed.
