PURPOSE:To improve voltage efficiency and Coulomb efficiency by forming a carbon fiber layer on the surface of a mold made by adding carbon black and metal oxide powder to plastics. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefin resin, particularly high-density polyethylene resin (density of 0.96 or more) can be used as base plastics. Carbon black is added to apply conductivity to an electrode, and Quechuan Black EC (made by Lion Aczo), for example, can be used. Metal oxide powder is added to improve the discharge electrode potential of the said electrode, and a good result can be obtained by using alumina, titania, and silica in particular. A carbon fiber layer can be formed by thermally pressing carbon fibers on the surface of carbon black, and it is aimed to expand the surface area of the electrode, improve the potential characteristics of the electrode, and improve the voltage efficiency and Coulomb efficiency. |
