PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and high reliability by bringing the relation of phase between input and output signals into inverting and non-inverting state at a phase switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:Since bases and emitters of transistors (TR) 105, 109 and 115 of the phase switching circuit 12 are short-circuited and no collector current flows when a switch 13 (116) is closed, a differential amplifier circuit comprising TRs 101, 102 is inoperative. On the other hand, a current is fed to a differential amplifier circuit comprising TRs 103, 104 from a TR106, a signal at a terminal 126 is amplified and led to a terminal 127 as an inverted output. When the switch 13 is opened, the TRs 105, 109 and 115 constitute a current mirror circuit and the differential amplifier circuit comprising the TRs 103, 104 is inoperative, but a current is applied from the collector of the TR105 to the differential amplifier circuit comprising the TRs 101, 102, the signal at the terminal 126 is amplified and led to the terminal 127 as a non-inverted output.
