PURPOSE:To transmit the only required output by a method wherein an instantaneous motion is distinguished from a continuous motion such as an earthquake requiring of burning stop. CONSTITUTION:By the open/close operation of seismic fire-extinguisher 6, an integrating circuit 12 integrates the input from seismic fire-extinguisher 6 during the open period thereof, and converts to a capacitor voltage. A comparison circuit 13 compares the capacitor voltage with the reference voltage, then transmits an output when the capacitor voltage exceeds the reference voltage. Meanwhile, a start circuit 14 makes a self-hold circuit by the opening of the seismic fire- extinguisher 6. A decision circuit 16 detects whether the outputs from the timer circuit 15 started by the start circuit 14 and the comparison circuit 13 are limited within the action range of the timer circuit 15 or not. When an output is generated, the output is transmitted into the second timer circuit 17 which generates the fixed period of time output, when the output is not generated, the integrating circuit 12 and the start circuit 14 are returned to the original condition. Therefore, an output transistor circuit 18 is operated by the output of the second timer circuit 17. |
