A TV receiving control method of a mobile communication terminal is provided to notify the broadcasting receiving time to a user and watch the program only during the time. A process for setting the possible TV watching time is performed through the manipulation of a menu at a terminal. The possible TV watching channel and the watching restriction channel are set. When setting or changing the possible TV watching channel and the watching restriction channel, the recognition notification/request messages are transmitted to a designated terminal. When the recognition response message is received, the setting or change of the possible TV watching channel and the watching restriction channel is performed.
