THE PRINTER HAVING MULTIPLE USB PORTS AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

An image forming device equipped with multiple USB(Universal Serial Bus) ports and an image forming method thereof are provided to enable multiple hosts to output documents through one image forming device without using a sharing device by including the USB ports and multiple USB controllers controlling the USB ports. The USB ports(200-202) are respectively connected to the hosts. The USB controllers(210-212) respectively control the USB ports. A memory(220) stores data inputted through the USB controllers. A controller(230) controls the USB controllers and the memory. The hosts are used as a master and the USB controllers are used as a slave.
