ROTARY ANODE X-RAY TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To lengthen the service life of bearing, while to provide sufficient strength to the target supporting shaft by employing a non-metallic bearing having temperature withstandability at the side near to the target while a conductive metallic bearing to the side remote from the target. CONSTITUTION:In the bearings for supporting a rotary anode rotatably, the one 9 near to the target 1 is made of temperature withstandable non-metal such as ceramic while the other 5 remote from the target 1 is made of conductive metal. The target supporting shaft 8 is solid having sufficient strength. Consequently the service life of bearing near to the target is lengthened while sufficient strength is provided to the target supporting shaft resulting in lengthening of service life of the rotary anode X-ray tube.
