PURPOSE:To shorten an assembling time, and to reduce facilitates and labor by washing and cleaning automatically dust and foul remaining internally during the assembling of an optical lens. CONSTITUTION:A connection port 6 is connected to a switch 16 and a waste liquid tank is connected to a connection port 7; and stop valves 4 and 5 are opened to flow gas. When washing liquid 19 is sent in the optical lens 11 from a pump 12 at a high speed, the washing liquid produces large vortexes along a flow passage 9 to wash away internal dust and foul, and then discharged to the waste liquid tank 15. Then, switches 16 and 17 are connected to a carburetor 13 and a switch 18 is changed over to dry air 21. Then, a compressor 14 produces compressed dry air and the carburetor 13 produces the mixed gas of the air and lens cleaning liquid, which is sent to the optical lens 11 to remove stains from the surface of the optical lens 2. Then, the switches 16 and 17 are connected directly to dry the optical lens 11, and the switch 18 is switched to anti-fogging gas 22; and the pressure of the compressor 14 is reduced to fill the optical lens 11 with the anti-fogging gas 22. Thus, the washing, cleaning, internal drying, and anti-fogging treatment are automated. |
