PURPOSE:To make a valve wall around a rotary anode rotor possible to be sufficiently cooled, by setting up annular insulating plate being perforated with plural holes large in fluid resistance in space between the inner wall of a holding vessel and an end part at the side proximity to a rotary anode target of a stator insulating cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Fluid resistance in a flow passage passing plural circulating holes 6a in an annular insulating plate 6 is made so as to become larger than that of a flow passage passing a clearance between a cylindrical part 4b or an end part 4a of a stator insulating cylinder 4 and a valve wall of an X-ray tube 2. With this constitution, cold insulating oil thrust in from an injecting port 1a sufficiently flows through space between the inner wall of the stator insulating cylinder and the outer wall of a valve in bulk along the valve wall where temperature is apt to rise due to radiation of heat from a rotor, so that the valve wall in this part, among others, is well cooled. |
