An automatic paint spraying apparatus for ceiling and wall is provide to allow spraying paint automatically to the ceiling and wall, to improve the quality of spayed surface to be more even, to enhance the working efficiency, and to save significantly labor cost. The automatic paint spraying apparatus for ceiling and wall comprises: a base plate(10); a paint container(20) established on the base plate(10); a spraying member(40) for spraying paint, to which paint is supplied from the paint container(20) and compressed air is supplied from an air tank; an elevating device for moving vertically the spraying member(40); a moving device for moving the base plate(10) including the paint container(20), the elevating device, and the spraying member(40).
